Payment Methods and Downloads Explained

PayPal Express - This method requires a PayPal account. When you select PayPal Express during checkout and click on "Submit Order", you are directed to the PayPal web site. You log on using your PayPal Username and Password. You confirm that you want to purchase and your PayPal account is charged. Then you are returned to our store and click "Submit Order" once again to complete your order. A receipt for your order will be displayed and you will also be emailed a receipt. If you ordered a download, a secure download link will be in your receipt. The secure link will also be emailed to you separately. Click on the link, download the product and start enjoying your course immediately.

Credit Card - Enter your credit card information on our secure site. The information is sent securely to PayPal's credit card processing service. Your card is authenticated, the payment is made and you will be directed to the receipt page. You do not leave our site and do not have to separately logon to PayPal. The receipt for your order will be displayed and you will also be emailed a receipt separately. If you ordered a download, a secure download link will be in your receipt. It will also be emailed to you. Click on the link, download the product and start enjoying your course immediately.

Free Downloads - Free downloads require that you be registered as a member. Go to "Your Account" and register. At the bottom of the form, choose the Free Download membership. We will be notified that you want to join this membership. Once we grant the membership you may download the Free products on the product detail page. Select the Free Download category, one of the Free Download products, click on the Product details link and you will see the free download link at the bottom of the screen. You must be logged onto your account to see the free download link.

Corporate Volume Purchase - If your company has purchased multiple downloads, you may apply for the membership that has your company's name on the membership. If you do not see your company in the membership list at, there is no company account.

If you have been given a username and password, go to "My Account" and logon using the username and password you have been given. The download link (s) for the product (s) your company has purchased will be visible. When you download, you will reduce the number of available downloads.

If you have not been given a username and password, add yourself as a new account and request to join your company's membership by selcting at the bottom of the registration form. We will be notified that you have submitted the request and get approval from your company account administrator. Once you have been granted the membership, you may then download purchased product (s). You must be logged on to your account to see the links.
